Cada constructor present\u00f3 tres propuestas, de las cuales un comit\u00e9 conformado por la alcaldesa Claudia Agat\u00f3n, Beto Gastelum y la propia Suhail Guerra seleccion\u00f3 las 14 mejores, haciendo ajustes para adaptarlas a la visi\u00f3n del evento.
