Carrera Nocturna"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensenada, Baja California.- Para promover la salud f\u00edsica, el Instituto Municipal del Deporte y la Recreaci\u00f3n invita\u00a0 a la comunidad de Ensenada la 2da. Carrera Nocturna que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el 5 de julio a las 19:00 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La carrera es organizada por el\u00a0Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (<em>SNTSA<\/em>), en coordinaci\u00f3n con el XXII Ayuntamiento, a trav\u00e9s del Inmudere, con el objetivo de fomentar el ejercicio entre la poblaci\u00f3n, combatir el sedentarismo y las enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El director del Instituto, Javier Beltr\u00e1n Gerardo, mencion\u00f3 que esta carrera de 5.3 kil\u00f3metros podr\u00e1 hacerse caminando, trotando o corriendo y ser\u00e1 para toda la familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los participantes, coment\u00f3, podr\u00e1n hacer el recorrido inscribi\u00e9ndose en las categor\u00edas de 15 a 19 a\u00f1os, 20 a 29 a\u00f1os, 30 a 39 a\u00f1os, 40 a 49, 50 a 59 y 60 a\u00f1os y m\u00e1s, quienes tendr\u00e1n como meta y salida el CEART Ensenada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El SNTSA brindar\u00e1 premios al primero, segundo y tercer lugar de cada categor\u00eda y trofeo en las ramas varonil y femenil, mientras que los primeros 700 en inscribirse tendr\u00e1n camiseta conmemorativa y medalla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicha carrera tiene cuota de recuperaci\u00f3n de 200 pesos, por lo que las personas interesadas deber\u00e1n comunicarse a la casa sindical 206 6649 ubicada en calle S\u00e9ptima y Aldama o llamando al celular (646) 135 5267 con Nict\u00e9 Negrete.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2905853,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[31],"tags":[888],"class_list":["post-2905852","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-atletismo","tag-destacado2"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Inmudere promueve su 2a.
