{"id":2911436,"date":"2019-12-16T19:00:43","date_gmt":"2019-12-17T03:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/?p=2911436"},"modified":"2019-12-18T11:44:59","modified_gmt":"2019-12-18T19:44:59","slug":"pendiente-toma-de-protesta-de-laura-marmolejo-al-frente-de-inmudere-no-presento-cedula-profesional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/pendiente-toma-de-protesta-de-laura-marmolejo-al-frente-de-inmudere-no-presento-cedula-profesional\/","title":{"rendered":"Pendiente toma de protesta de Laura Marmolejo al frente de Inmudere; no present\u00f3 c\u00e9dula profesional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ensenada, Baja California.- Seis de los diez integrantes de la Junta de Gobierno del Instituto del Deporte de Ensenada decidieron posponer la toma de protesta de la directora Laura Marmolejo, pues no present\u00f3 su c\u00e9dula profesional, requisito para dicha encomienda.<\/p>\n<p>La titular de la paramunicipal a designaci\u00f3n del alcalde Armando Ayala Robles solicit\u00f3 una pr\u00f3rroga de tres d\u00edas para presentar dicho tr\u00e1mite, el cual anexar\u00eda a su t\u00edtulo como profesionista en un \u00e1rea af\u00edn al deporte.<\/p>\n<p>Laura Marmolejo se neg\u00f3 a dar declaraciones al respecto, pero s\u00ed lo hizo el regidor titular de la Comisi\u00f3n del Deporte en el Cabildo de Ensenada, Ra\u00fal Vera Rodr\u00edguez, uno de los integrantes de la Junta de Gobierno que exigieron la presentaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9dula por parte de la directora.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe determin\u00f3 poner la cesi\u00f3n en receso para permitirle a la directora que compruebe su c\u00e9dula profesional, lo que pide el reglamento en el Art\u00edculo 29 Fracci\u00f3n IV, donde indica que (la direcci\u00f3n) deber\u00e1 tener t\u00edtulo y c\u00e9dula\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El edil calific\u00f3 a la todav\u00eda directora como \u201cuna persona impecable, capaz, pero el tema de la documentaci\u00f3n es claro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs un tema que Sindicatura y el alcalde tendr\u00e1n que aclarar.
