{"id":2934327,"date":"2022-03-07T20:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-08T04:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/?p=2934327"},"modified":"2022-03-08T08:25:05","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T16:25:05","slug":"skatepark-y-remodelacion-en-malecon-podrian-quedar-listas-antes-del-verano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/skatepark-y-remodelacion-en-malecon-podrian-quedar-listas-antes-del-verano\/","title":{"rendered":"Skatepark y remodelaci\u00f3n en malec\u00f3n podr\u00edan quedar listas antes del verano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Desde este lunes se retomaron las obras en Playa Hermosa, en lo que ser\u00e1 un skatepark y la remodelaci\u00f3n del malec\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Armando Ayala Robles, alcalde de Ensenada explic\u00f3 que durante la agenda de trabajo que sostuvo en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico,\u00a0 se reuni\u00f3 con autoridades de la Sedatu donde hizo hincapi\u00e9 sobre la importancia de concluir dicha obra del Programa de Mejoramiento Urbano (PMU).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/malecon-ensenada-skatepark.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2934329\" src=\"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/malecon-ensenada-skatepark.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos siete obras emblem\u00e1ticas del PMU, algunas deportivas, otras son plazas c\u00edvicas y \u00e9sta que es tur\u00edstica aqu\u00ed en Playa Hermosa\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el presidente de Ensenada.<\/p>\n<p>Ayala Robles se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el parque para patinaje fue suspendido por denuncias de organismos ambientales y eso retras\u00f3 un tiempo el proyecto, por lo que se realizaron las gestiones pertinentes para cumplir con los requisitos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario, se hizo valer un decreto presidencial que tiene en consideraci\u00f3n obras prioritarias estrat\u00e9gicas y de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico como las mencionadas, a fin de que se otorguen las licencias provisionales que permitan concluirlas con los permisos correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs as\u00ed como tuvimos una respuesta positiva de la Semarnat y la Sedatu el pasado viernes en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y hoy ya est\u00e1 personal federal y de la empresa constructora trabajando en el proyecto\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/skatepark-malecon.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2934330\" src=\"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/skatepark-malecon.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s del skatepark, son m\u00e1s de 900 metros de remodelaci\u00f3n de aceras, instalaci\u00f3n de alumbrado peatonal, mejoras en los miradores, reacondicionamiento de los ba\u00f1os p\u00fablicos, los accesos a la playa, la cancha de volibol playero y las regaderas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs una buena noticia para Ensenada que al fin se pueda dar continuidad a las obras de Playa Hermosa, no va quedar nada tirado y ni abandonado\u201d, subray\u00f3 el primer edil porte\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que al momento el proyecto va en un 50 por ciento y se trata de una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de 34 millones de pesos de recursos federales a fondo perdido.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaremos todo lo posible porque quede lista para este verano y que la comunidad pueda disfrutar de este proyecto.
