Explic\u00f3 que su plan de gobierno se estructura en 6 ejes rectores que buscan revertir las problem\u00e1ticas que han llevado a Ensenada al sexto lugar de inseguridad a nivel internacional y a uno de los \u00faltimos lugares en movilidad e infraestructura urbana en M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/?attachment_id=2971577\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2971577\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2971577\" src=\"https:\/\/agpnoticias.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2e0c8794-155d-4758-9a9f-397d7d280a4a.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9ndez Mart\u00ednez destac\u00f3 estas realidades en Universidad Xochicalco, donde destac\u00f3 la importancia de recuperar la seguridad en el municipio como prioridad para que los j\u00f3venes encuentren verdaderas oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo local. \u00abEn ninguna comunidad de M\u00e9xico o del mundo pueden florecer las juventudes si el gobierno m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo, en nuestro caso el municipal, no tiene la capacidad de garantizar la seguridad a sus ciudadanos\u00bb, afirm\u00f3, criticando la gesti\u00f3n actual por considerarla un fracaso.<\/p>\n<p>La candidata del PES se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Ensenada debe aspirar a ser una ciudad de oportunidades, rica en recursos naturales y capital humano, y que solo tomando decisiones ciudadanas adecuadas se puede convertir en un verdadero hogar para familias en crecimiento. Adem\u00e1s, hizo un llamado a los j\u00f3venes a participar activamente en el cambio necesario para el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9ndez Mart\u00ednez subray\u00f3 la oportunidad de sacar al mal gobierno del camino, y de emprender una ruta de crecimiento real y transparente, donde un gobierno abierto y participativo con la ciudadan\u00eda sea la norma. \u00abEntre todos tenemos la oportunidad de transitar hacia la Ensenada que todos nos merecemos\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la candidata hizo un llamado al voto \u00fatil, proponiendo su proyecto como la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para reescribir la historia de Ensenada y reconstruirla despu\u00e9s de cinco a\u00f1os de corrupci\u00f3n, indiferencia y mala administraci\u00f3n.
