Revisa que tambi\u00e9n aparezca en el Registro Civil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ensenada, Baja California.- Muchas personas reciben la sentencia de divorcio emitida por un juzgado y consideran que el tr\u00e1mite concluy\u00f3 por completo. Sin embargo, si el documento no se inscribe ante el Registro Civil, en sus actas pueden continuar apareciendo como casadas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta omisi\u00f3n puede generar problemas si alguna de las partes desea volver a casarse en otra ciudad o estado, debido a que su matrimonio anterior seguir\u00e1 apareciendo en los registros oficiales mientras no se realice la anotaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>Para facilitar la regularizaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno de Ensenada mantiene hasta el 30 de septiembre un descuento del 25 por ciento en la inscripci\u00f3n de sentencias de divorcio.<\/p>\n<p>Con el beneficio, el costo del tr\u00e1mite baja de 3 mil 167 pesos con 37 centavos a 2 mil 375 pesos con 53 centavos, lo que representa un ahorro de 791 pesos con 84 centavos.<\/p>\n<p>La titular de la Oficial\u00eda 01 del Registro Civil, Genesis Colmenares Vargas, explic\u00f3 que la inscripci\u00f3n permite actualizar oficialmente el estado civil y brindar certeza jur\u00eddica a las personas que ya cuentan con una sentencia ejecutoriada.<\/p>\n<p>Los interesados pueden acudir a las oficinas del Registro Civil, ubicadas en el primer piso de la Casa Municipal, de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 14:00 horas.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Estos son los requisitos para inscribir tu divorcio en el registro civil de Ensenada:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1. Solicitud de inscripci\u00f3n de sentencia de divorcio, llenada con tinta azul.<\/p>\n<p>2. Oficio original del juez de lo Familiar dirigido a la Oficial\u00eda 01 del Registro Civil.<\/p>\n<p>3. Sentencia de divorcio y auto que la declare ejecutoriada y establezca la disoluci\u00f3n del matrimonio, en original.<\/p>\n<p>4. Copia del acta de matrimonio con c\u00f3digo QR.<\/p>\n<p>5. Copias de las actas de nacimiento con c\u00f3digo QR y CURP certificada de ambas personas.<\/p>\n<p>6. Copia de una identificaci\u00f3n oficial vigente con fotograf\u00eda de quien presente los documentos.<\/p>\n<p>7.
