Tijuana, Baja California.- Freddy Armando Lugo Valenzuela no podr\u00e1 reelegirse por cuarta ocasi\u00f3n en la Asociaci\u00f3n Estatal de Beisbol de Baja California.<\/p>\n

\u201cEso qued\u00f3 resuelto en la conciliatoria a la que acudi\u00f3 \u00e9l con sus abogados porque procedi\u00f3 un recurso interpuesto por nosotros pidiendo que no le permitan participar en la asamblea de elecciones que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en 30 d\u00edas\u201d, inform\u00f3 Juan Jos\u00e9 Carrillo Huerta.<\/p>\n

El representante de la Liga Rural de Maneadero indic\u00f3 que la reuni\u00f3n tuvo lugar en la oficina de la Comisi\u00f3n de Apelaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje del Deporte (CAAD) de Tijuana, donde el acto fue encabezado por el miembro titular de ese \u00f3rgano, Luis Fernando Jim\u00e9nez Aguayo.<\/p>\n

Ah\u00ed, \u201cse le inform\u00f3 que, de acuerdo a nuestros estatutos de la asociaci\u00f3n estatal, nunca debi\u00f3 presidirnos por m\u00e1s de dos per\u00edodos ol\u00edmpicos\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde ahora podemos anticiparlo, es oficial: ese se\u00f1or ya no puede reelegirse. La convocatoria ser\u00e1 lanzada a la brevedad y en 30 d\u00edas tendremos nuevo presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Estatal de Beisbol\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

En el encuentro, celebrado la ma\u00f1ana del lunes, tambi\u00e9n estuvo el presidente de la Liga Rural, Eliseo Arce, as\u00ed como su antecesor Sergio Mercado, a quienes Freddy Lugo desconoci\u00f3 junto a todos los integrantes del organismo afincado en Maneadero.<\/p>\n

Ese desconocimiento qued\u00f3 sin efecto tras la resoluci\u00f3n de la CAAD, al igual que la sanci\u00f3n que pesaba sobre Luis D\u00edaz, secretario de la asociaci\u00f3n y expulsado de la misma por Freddy Lugo, quien lleg\u00f3 al cargo en 1998 y se reeligi\u00f3 en 2002, 2006 y 2010.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
